I have to deliver groceries to some of my best customers here but the door code and the door entryway has been nothing but problems and I don't know who they hired as a contractor to do the renovation but they obviously chose the cheapest one because the contractor and the work that they've done is subpar and I can attest to that being true because I've been in the construction industry for 21 years

I lived here less than a year. They charged me 1300.00 for deposit, then giving me 300.00 back , thus them having 1000.00 for deposit. Only recieving 76.00 returned with no itemized list of why. Very disorganized staff, noise 24/7 if not from the CONSTANT CONTINUAL UPDATING from DT Stillwater itself from the ONGOING NONSTOP activities. No parking. Parked in the municipal parking lot next door 40.00 a month WITH NO GAURENTEE OF A PARKING SPOT in the garage. Water pressure was nonexistent in my bathroom sink and kitchen sink. Had to run hot water in the shower for more than 5 minutes, sometimes no hot water at all. Staff are friendly but this place is SO DISORGANIZED.
